Thermomanometer For Eco Compact Boilers FE20E2B, FA and FE 15/20-20E, FEB 20E-1

Thermomanometer For Eco Compact Boilers FE20E2B, FA and FE 15/20-20E, FEB 20E-1

Stock · 5 units

The pressure and temperature gauge for Eco Compact boilers FE20E2B, FA, and FE 15/20-20E, FEB 20E-1 measures and controls the pressure and temperature of the boiler circuit. If it malfunctions, you will notice incorrect readings, which can cause the boiler to lock out due to a false lack of pressure or not regulate the temperature properly. This gauge is compatible with models from the ECO, FA, and FE ranges, including, among others, the Compact FE20E2B, 15/20 GLP, and 20 E-1 N boilers. It should be replaced when it does not provide accurate readings.

Guide

How to check if it is the part for your boiler

What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.

  1. Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
  2. Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
  3. Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
  4. If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Diagnosis and fault codes

Symptoms and faults that the manometer resolves

The manometer shows the pressure of the boiler circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

  • 01

The thermometer gauge always shows the same pressure, the needle does not move even when you fill or bleed water.

Cause: The internal mechanism has become blocked and no longer responds to the pressure changes in the circuit.

Bleed a radiator or fill it with water and check if the needle moves at all; if it does not react to a clear change in pressure, the instrument is faulty.

  • 02

Water droplets appear around the thread where the device screws into the boiler.

Cause: The gasket or connection fitting has lost its seal over time.

Dry the area, tighten the fitting carefully, and check a few hours later to confirm that the leak is coming from there and not from a nearby point.

  • 03

The dial cannot be read because it is scratched, fogged from the inside, or broken.

Cause: The glass or the casing has been damaged and no longer allows a clear view of the needle.

Check with a flashlight if it is just surface dirt on the glass before declaring the part unusable.

  • 04

The pressure indicated does not match what you expect after bleeding or filling the circuit.

Cause: The instrument may be out of calibration or have a damaged internal mechanism, and it no longer accurately translates the actual pressure.

If you have another pressure gauge or a bleed valve with its own reading, compare both before replacing the part.

These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
