How to check if ref. 4526599 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 4526599. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the circulation pump 4526599 resolves.
The circulation pump circulates the water in the heating circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The pump is not circulating water or is circulating very little through the heating system.
Cause: The impeller may be blocked by lime or accumulated air, or the motor has lost power.
Change the pump to the highest speed (3) before replacing it: sometimes with less power it cannot overcome the resistance of the circuit.
- 02
Noise in the pump body
Cause: Air trapped in the impeller or a worn bearing generates that noise when rotating.
Bleed the pump by loosening the central rotor plug with the equipment turned off before considering replacing it.
- 03
The boiler is not heating properly due to lack of circulation.
Cause: Without sufficient flow, the heat exchanger does not transfer heat to the circuit, and the boiler may lock out due to overheating.
Check that the three speeds respond when changed manually before replacing the pump.
- 04
The pump does not start when the heating is turned on.
Cause: The shaft seizes up after a period of inactivity, typical at the end of summer.
With the pump unplugged, turn the shaft screw in the center of the motor with a screwdriver to free it before replacing it.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
