How to check if it is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the PCB (control board) resolves
The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The screen is blank and does not display the time or the temperature.
Cause: The display board is not receiving power or its display circuit has failed.
Check if the rest of the boiler is working well (domestic hot water, heating); if so, the problem is with the PCB (control board).
- 02
The screen lights up but does not respond when touching the controls of the boiler.
Cause: The circuit that detects the button presses on the display PCB has stopped working.
Check for any moisture or condensation near the control panel, as it may temporarily block the response.
- 03
Strange symbols or lines appear on the screen instead of the temperature or the mode of the boiler.
Cause: The display controller on the PCB is malfunctioning and not forming the characters correctly.
Turn off and turn on the boiler again to see if the display resets; if the fault reappears upon starting, it is a fault with the PCB.
- 04
The screen turns off by itself after a few seconds or minutes of being on.
Cause: A fault in the internal power supply of the display PCB does not maintain stable power.
Note how long it takes to shut down each time; a regular pattern helps rule out a simple power cut in the installation.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
