Excellent D Micro LN 24 E Water Pressure Switch Ref. I39818260
The Excellent D Micro LN 24 E water pressure switch is a component that controls the water pressure in your boiler. Its function is to monitor the pressure and allow the boiler to operate. If it fails, you will notice that the boiler does not start or gets locked, even if the pressure is correct, and the fault code F37: Pressure switch disconnected or faulty may appear. This pressure switch is compatible with several models from the Cointra Excellent Micro Low Nox and Cointra Excellent Micro ranges, among others. It should be replaced when the boiler shows these starting or locking issues.

How to check if ref. I39818260 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference I39818260. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the pressure switch I39818260 resolves.
The pressure switch controls the air or water pressure to authorize operation. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler does not ignite and a warning of low water pressure appears on the display.
Cause: The pressure switch detects that the circuit pressure is too low and blocks the ignition.
Check the manometer: if it's low, fill the circuit with the filling key; if it's already fine and the warning persists, the problem may be the pressure switch.
- 02
The pressure switch seems to be 'stuck': the boiler does not start even if you increase the pressure in the circuit.
Cause: The internal contact can get stuck over time, especially in plastic parts, and may not close even if the pressure is correct.
Increase the pressure of the circuit a little (without exceeding 2 bar) and check if the warning disappears; if it doesn't change, the pressure switch is not functioning.
- 03
Pressure error or warning that appears and disappears on its own, without anyone touching anything in the installation.
Cause: A pressure switch with a damaged diaphragm or spring can provide unstable readings even if the actual pressure remains constant.
Monitor the manometer for a while: if the needle does not move but the warning comes on and off, the problem is with the pressure switch, not the installation.
Fault codes for Cointra that this part resolves.
| Code | Fault | Diagnosis and solution |
|---|---|---|
| F37 | Disconnected or faulty pressure switch | If the boiler shows a disconnected or faulty pressure switch error, the pressure switch may not be functioning. Check the connections of the pressure switch and its condition. If it is damaged, you will need to replace it for the boiler to operate correctly. |
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
