How to check if ref. BI1352100 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference BI1352100. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the circulation pump BI1352100 resolves.
The circulation pump circulates the water in the heating circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler ignites but the heating does not heat or heats little.
Cause: The pump is not circulating the hot water properly.
Check if there is a temperature difference between the supply pipe and the return pipe in a radiator close to the boiler.
- 02
There is noise or vibration in the pump when the heating is turned on.
Cause: The noise may be caused by air in the circuit or a worn bearing.
Bleed the circuit before assuming that the noise is coming from the pump.
- 03
The pump motor does not start when the heating requests heat.
Cause: There may be no power supply, or the winding or rotor may be damaged or stuck.
Check that power is reaching the pump connector and that the shaft turns freely by moving it by hand with the boiler turned off.
- 04
Water is dripping from the pump shaft.
Cause: The mechanical seal that seals the shaft has worn out and is no longer watertight.
Dry the area and check after a while of operation if the leak comes from the body of the pump or from a nearby gasket.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
