Intermittent flame failure due to gas cut-off
Cause: The gas valve does not maintain a stable gas flow and the flame goes out by itself.
Check if the cut coincides with power changes when modulating; if it always happens at those times, check the gas pressure sensor first.

The boiler does not modulate the flame power properly.
Cause: The modulating solenoid of the gas valve does not regulate the gas flow correctly according to demand.
Check if the flame changes abruptly from minimum to maximum without intermediate steps; a jumpy modulation, rather than a progressive one, indicates a problem with the gas valve.
