  Cause: The keyboard is integrated into the display module, so if its circuit fails, the key presses do not reach the boiler.

  Turn off and then turn on the boiler from the main switch to rule out a temporary hang-up before replacing the part.

  The fault codes do not appear on the display when the boiler is locked.

  Cause: The display translates the boiler's internal code into the number or letter that is visible; if it fails, the warning does not appear even though the fault exists.

  If there is any LED flashing or a sequence of beeps, note the pattern: it may provide guidance on the actual fault before replacing the PCB.

  The screen is visible, but with incomplete symbols, flickering or partially lit.
