Guide

How to check if ref. 130451 is the part for your boiler

What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.

  1. Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 130451. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
  2. Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
  3. Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
  4. If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Diagnosis and fault codes

Symptoms and faults that the PCB 130451 resolves.

The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

  • 01

The boiler is completely off, with no lights or sounds of any kind.

Cause: The PCB distributes power to the fan, pump, and gas valve; without it, nothing starts.

Check the fuse on the PCB and ensure that the main switch of the boiler is actually supplying power before replacing it.

  • 02

A fixed fault code appears on the screen and no button removes it.

Cause: The microprocessor on the PCB blocks the safety fault, which is why it cannot be reset from the outside.

Check the manual to see which component is associated with that specific fault code and rule it out before purchasing the PCB.

  • 03

The boiler turns on, heats for a few minutes, and then shuts off repeatedly.

Cause: An intermittent fault in the PCB interrupts the flame maintenance command even though the rest of the circuit is fine.

Check if the shutdown always occurs after the same amount of time: it helps to distinguish a PCB fault from a temperature sensor fault.

  • 04

You change the temperature from the control and the boiler does not respond.

Cause: The temperature command goes through the control stage of the PCB before reaching the burner.

Try changing the temperature directly on the boiler's panel, without using the remote, to isolate whether the problem is with the PCB or the remote.

CodeFaultDiagnosis and solution
F.33Pressure switch faultThe auxiliary air control board (130451) manages the reading/switching of the pressure switch; if it is faulty, the equipment does not recognize the change of state of the pressure switch and triggers F.33. Check in diagnostics (e.g., D.24) that the state of the pressure switch does not change when actuated/jumpered and that there is continuity to this board; if it does not change, the 130451 is defective.

These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
