Check if the water in the area is hard and if the boiler has not been descaled for a long time; with hard water, scaling is the first suspicion.

There is a drip or moisture in the area where the heat exchanger is installed.
Cause: The PCBs can lose tightness due to fatigue after many heating cycles.
Dry the area and force a domestic hot water cycle and a heating cycle separately; if the leak only appears with domestic hot water, point to the heat exchanger.

The primary circuit is losing pressure without any visible leaks outside.
Cause: An internal leak in the heat exchanger can cause the water from the primary circuit to escape without leaving a visible stain.
Record the pressure on the manometer over several days with the boiler off; if it decreases steadily, check the heat exchanger before ruling it out.
