  Cause: If the pressure take-off circuit has any leaks, the signal will not rise sufficiently.

  Check that the silicone tubes are properly connected to their fittings and free of cracks or condensed water inside.

  The boiler stops during the pre-purge phase, before attempting to supply gas.

  Cause: The control unit needs the correct pressure signal during that phase; if it does not arrive on time, it cuts the cycle for safety.

  Check if the fault occurs at the same moment in the ignition cycle: this helps to differentiate an electronic problem from one related to the pressure switch.

  The boiler starts up well sometimes and other times it doesn't, without a clear pattern.

  Cause: The wear of the analog transducer can cause the signal to intermittently go out of the expected range, not suddenly.

  If the fault is not constant and varies with the ambient temperature, check the electrical connections and the pipes first before the pressure switch itself.
