Check the filling pressure on the boiler's manometer: if it is normal and it continues to block, the problem may be the pressure switch.

The display shows a pressure fault code that is always the same.
Cause: A contact that does not close properly or gets stuck constantly sends an incorrect pressure reading to the PCB.
Manually force the contact with the boiler turned off and measure continuity with the multimeter before replacing it.

The boiler starts and stops intermittently without any apparent reason.
Cause: If the pressure switch changes state irregularly, the control board interprets pressure changes that are not real.
First, rule out a leak in the circuit or in the expansion vessel, as they can cause the same starting and stopping issue.

The pressure switch does not click or feels stuck when manually changing the pressure.
Cause: The internal mechanism can get stuck over time and may not switch even if the pressure changes.
With the boiler depressurized, check if the pressure switch stem moves freely before replacing it.
