A constant buzzing or clicking sound is heard from the motor without the gas valve moving.
Cause: The motor tries to move the gear but fails to do so, usually due to internal wear.
Disconnect and reconnect the power to the actuator to see if it completes a cycle before replacing it.

The boiler takes a long time to switch between domestic hot water and heating, or it gets stuck in between.
Cause: The actuator extends its operating time or stops halfway through its stroke due to an internal motor fault.
Time a complete switching cycle; if it clearly exceeds the normal seconds, the actuator is failing.

One of the circuits intermittently stops receiving hot water.
Cause: The valve gets stuck halfway and distributes the flow between both circuits instead of directing it completely to one.
Check if the fault occurs consistently in the same mode (DHW or heating) before replacing the part.
