How to check if ref. N31G000M8 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference N31G000M8. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the N31G000M8 three-way valve resolves.
The 3-way valve diverts water between heating and domestic hot water. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler gradually loses pressure and does not refill on its own.
Cause: The fill solenoid valve does not open to allow mains water to enter the circuit.
Check that the water inlet shut-off valve is open and that there is network pressure before replacing the gas valve.
- 02
The filling doesn't stop and the pressure gauge keeps rising.
Cause: The solenoid valve does not close completely and allows water to pass continuously.
Manually close the inlet valve and check if the pressure stops rising; if so, the problem is with the valve.
- 03
Water is leaking or there is moisture in the area of the filling solenoid valve.
Cause: The body or the seals of the valve have lost their tightness.
Dry the area and check if the leak reappears with the boiler at rest, without filling in progress.
- 04
The automatic filling does not start even though the pressure is low.
Cause: The solenoid valve coil is not receiving current or is burnt out and does not open the water flow.
Check if power is reaching the coil at the moment it should activate the filling.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
