Flow detector (flow switch) for the domestic hot water circuit. It detects the opening of a tap and signals the PCB to ignite the burner and produce DHW. It is replaced when the boiler does not provide hot water despite having gas and pressure, or when the supply is intermittent. Compatible with FE24NOX-1B/-1N, FE24TC1N, FEE26TC1B, and 1FEE26TC1B.

There is no domestic hot water even though the boiler has enough gas and pressure.
Cause: The flow detector does not send the signal to the PCB when the tap is opened, so the burner never ignites.
Open and close the hot water tap several times and listen for any clicks or vibrations in the area of the sensor.

The burner does not start when a tap is opened, but the heating works normally.
Cause: This component only operates in the domestic hot water circuit, so its fault affects only that function without impacting the heating.
Make sure that the problem only occurs when requesting hot water and not in heating, to identify the fault in this part.
- 03
The hot water comes out in bursts, cuts off, and returns for no apparent reason.
Cause: The detector does not maintain a stable signal if the flow is just at the activation limit or if its mechanism is dirty.
Check the pressure of the installation and the water inlet filter before replacing the sensor.
