Stock · 1 unit

The flow sensor (flow detector) Victoria 24/24 G.N. is a device responsible for detecting the flow of water when a tap is opened, thus activating the ignition for the production of domestic hot water. When this part fails, the user will notice that no hot water comes out, even with the tap open. This sensor is compatible with the boilers Victoria 24/24, Victoria 24/24 F, Victoria 24/24 T, as well as Neobit S 24/24 and Neobit S 24/24 F, among others. It should be replaced when symptoms of lack of hot water occur.

Guide

How to check if ref. 125566377 is the part for your boiler

What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.

  1. Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 125566377. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
  2. Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
  3. Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
  4. If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Diagnosis and fault codes

Symptoms and faults that the flow meter 125566377 resolves.

The flow meter detects the passage of water to activate the domestic hot water. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

  • 01

When I turn on the hot water, nothing happens, it doesn't even try to ignite the burner.

Cause: The boiler does not start because it needs the signal from the flow sensor to know that there is a demand for domestic hot water (DHW).

Check the cold water flow at the faucet closest to the boiler before replacing the sensor.

  • 02

The hot water flows well for a while and then cuts off on its own even though the tap remains open.

Cause: A faulty contact in the flow sensor can make it seem like the water has stopped flowing when it is actually still coming out.

Note how long it takes for the hot water to cut off; if it is always the same interval, it may indicate a different cause other than the sensor.

  • 03

A very high flow rate is needed for the boiler to start in domestic hot water mode.

Cause: If the internal passage of the sensor is blocked by scale, the minimum flow it detects increases above normal.

Try a different tap in the house and compare if the behavior is the same before deciding that the sensor is the problem.

  • 04

The boiler takes too long to respond when the hot water tap is opened.

Cause: A sensor with a dirty turbine responds more slowly to changes in flow and delays the notification to the boiler.

Check if the cold water inlet filter has not been cleaned for a while before considering the sensor replacement as valid.

  • 05

The hot water issue only occurs when the system has been idle for a while, for example after holidays.

Cause: Stagnant water can cause sediment to accumulate on the flow sensor and hinder its operation when resuming use.

Let the hot water run for a few minutes after a long period of disuse and check if the fault disappears before replacing the part.

These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
