Extractor Fan Baxi Roca Victoria 24/24F
In the Roca boiler range, the Roca Victoria 24/24F Extractor Fan is responsible for expelling combustion gases and creating the necessary draft for the boiler to start. If this part fails, you will notice that the boiler does not ignite or locks out due to a fault in the flue gas evacuation, and the fault code E03 may appear. This fan is also compatible with models from the Neobit and Altais ranges, among others. It is recommended to replace it when it shows faults in its operation.

How to check if ref. 125027080 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 125027080. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the extractor 125027080 resolves.
The extractor evacuates the combustion gases with forced draft. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler turns on, makes an attempt to ignite, and after a few seconds, it shuts off with a fault related to air or the extractor.
Cause: The air pressure switch does not detect that the fan is spinning correctly, and the electronics cut off the gas for safety.
Before changing the extractor, check that the silicone tubes going to the pressure switch are not broken, loose, or blocked.
- 02
A beep, squeak, or buzz different from the usual is heard when the boiler tries to start.
Cause: The extractor motor has a worn bearing or the impeller is rubbing against the casing.
With the boiler unplugged, manually turn the impeller: if it is difficult, makes noise, or has play, it confirms wear.
- 03
The fan does not start spinning, or it stops even though the PCB sends the start command.
Cause: The motor winding is interrupted and does not generate starting torque.
Check that the extractor connector is properly seated and without bent pins before replacing the part.
- 04
The boiler fails more often when starting cold than when it has been running for a while.
Cause: An extractor that starts to fail needs more boost at the start, and this is especially noticeable when the motor is cold.
Note if the fault occurs more frequently in the early hours: it points to an extractor that is underperforming, not to another specific cause.
Fault codes for Baxi Roca that this part resolves.
| Code | Fault | Diagnosis and solution |
|---|---|---|
| E03 | Flue thermostat operation / flue pressure switch | The fan/extractor blocked or faulty does not generate the expected depression in the Venturi; the pressure switch does not switch, and the PCB locks with E03. Check 230 V to the motor, free rotation, and depression in the pressure switch intake tube (and continuity of the pressure switch with the fan running). |
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
