Cause: The push buttons are soldered to the PCB; a poor connection or a break in them prevents adjusting the temperature from the panel.
Check if there is any reaction when pressing, even if it's minimal, and verify that the yellow/black jumper wire is properly connected.

The boiler is functioning normally, but no information is visible on the display.
Cause: The display board only shows information, so the boiler can continue operating with its main PCB even if it is damaged.
Check that the water comes out hot and that the burner ignites correctly; if everything works except the display, the problem is with this display PCB.
