Boiler Pressure Gauge FE-24AE / FE-24AE/1N

Boiler Pressure Gauge FE-24AE / FE-24AE/1N

Stock · 5 units

Manometer that indicates the pressure of the boiler circuit. The dial shows a numbering from 0 to 4, but the unit (probably bar) and the manufacturer cannot be confirmed with certainty. It is replaced when the needle is stuck, shows out of range when cold, or the glass is broken.

Guide

How to check if it is the part for your boiler

What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.

  1. Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
  2. Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
  3. Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
  4. If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Diagnosis and fault codes

Symptoms and faults that the manometer resolves

The manometer shows the pressure of the boiler circuit. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

  • 01

The boiler works well, but the pressure gauge always shows the same reading; it doesn't move.

Cause: The needle is stuck and does not respond to the actual pressure of the circuit.

Gently tap the dial with your finger and see if the needle moves; if it doesn't react, the fault is with the pressure gauge.

  • 02

The pressure gauge reads zero or almost zero even though the system is full and the heating is working.

Cause: The connection thread of the pressure gauge is blocked and does not transmit the actual pressure of the circuit.

Check the pressure with the filling valve; if the water level rises when filling but the manometer remains at zero, it is the part.

  • 03

There is a small drip just below the pressure gauge, at the thread.

Cause: The sealing gasket of the connection is dry or the thread has loosened.

Carefully tighten the connection thread and dry the area well; if the leak reappears, replace the part.

  • 04

The glass is broken or the dial is not readable, although the boiler is functioning normally.

Cause: It is a blow or wear on the glass, not a pressure circuit fault.

Confirm that the breakage is only of the glass and that there is no water leak before ordering the part.

These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
