Stock · 5 units

If your boiler does not ignite or gets blocked, you may need the FIME flue fan for the Fagor FE 24AE 1N boiler. This part is a flue fan responsible for expelling combustion gases and creating the necessary draft for the boiler to start. It is compatible with models such as the CE24E1N, FE24E1N, FE24NOX, and FEB24E1N, among others. It is recommended to replace the flue fan when there are issues with the expulsion of flue gases.

Guide

How to check if it is the part for your boiler

What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.

  1. Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
  2. Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
  3. Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
  4. If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Diagnosis and fault codes

Symptoms and faults that the extractor resolves

The extractor evacuates the combustion gases with forced draft. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

  • 01

The boiler turns off by itself a few seconds after starting, or it doesn't turn on at all.

Cause: The extractor does not spin enough and the air pressure switch does not close, so the control board cuts off the gas to avoid risks.

With the boiler off, turn the impeller by hand: if it is stiff or rubbing, the problem is with the fan rather than the pressure switch.

  • 02

It smells burnt or like combustion gases near the boiler.

Cause: The extractor works, but it does not expel with the necessary force to properly evacuate the fumes.

Check the external outlet: a flue terminal blocked by nests, ice, or dirt can cause the same symptom even if the extractor is not broken.

  • 03

The extractor makes a rubbing noise or a loud buzzing sound when starting up.

Cause: The motor bearings are worn out or the impeller has become unbalanced with use.

Gently touch the casing while it is operating: if it vibrates more than normal, it is advisable to check the impeller before purchasing a new part.

  • 04

The boiler shows a fault code for the fan or extractor and does not reset.

Cause: The control unit does not receive the correct rotation signal from the fan, usually because the motor does not reach the required minimum speed.

Check the silicone tubes of the pressure switch: if they are loose, bent, or blocked, they can cause the same fault even if the extractor is not damaged.

These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
