How to check if ref. AS0013067 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference AS0013067. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the extractor AS0013067 resolves.
The extractor evacuates the combustion gases with forced draft. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler does not ignite or stops when starting the ignition cycle.
Cause: The flue gas extractor does not reach the minimum speed required by the air pressure switch to allow the gas to pass.
Check if the turbine starts immediately when turned on or if it takes longer than usual.
- 02
The extractor is spinning but is louder than usual.
Cause: The motor may have a worn bearing or dust accumulated on the blades that disrupts the rotation.
With the boiler turned off, turn the turbine by hand to check for any friction or play in the shaft.
- 03
The air pressure switch is triggered and the boiler locks out due to flue fault.
Cause: If the extractor does not generate enough suction, the pressure switch does not close the contact and shuts down the boiler for safety.
Before changing the extractor, check that the pressure switch tubes are not blocked or disconnected.
- 04
The fan starts, stops, and the boiler tries again several times in a row.
Cause: A fan that has difficulty spinning can cause the boiler to attempt to ignite without stabilizing.
Observe the complete start a couple of times in a row to see if the fault is systematic or intermittent.
Fault codes for Fagor that this part resolves.
| Code | Fault | Diagnosis and solution |
|---|---|---|
| F-2 | Air pressure switch does not detect air circulation (or fault in the pressure switch itself); the boiler locks out. | Faulty extractor/fan or lack of flow does not generate the necessary depression and the pressure switch does not switch, triggering F-2; check power supply to the fan at start-up, free rotation/noise, and that the pressure switch changes state with the fan running. |
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
