Guide

How to check if ref. 190732 is the part for your boiler

What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.

  1. Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 190732. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
  2. Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
  3. Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
  4. If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Diagnosis and fault codes

Symptoms and faults that the safety valve 190732 resolves.

The safety valve releases pressure when the circuit exceeds its setting. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

  • 01

The valve is continuously leaking through the discharge pipe.

Cause: The seat doesn't close properly, usually due to lime or dirt lodged in the mechanism.

Measure the cold pressure of the circuit; if it is already above normal at rest, check the filling and the expansion vessel first.

  • 02

The valve does not activate when the circuit reaches high pressure.

Cause: The mechanism may be seized due to lack of use, leaving the heat exchanger without real protection against overpressure.

Activate the test lever with the boiler cold to check if it bleeds water before replacing it.

  • 03

The valve activates either well before the pressure reaches high levels or much later than expected.

Cause: If the trip does not match what the pressure gauge indicates, the internal calibration mechanism has lost precision.

Compare the pressure indicated by the manometer at the moment of the trip in several tests before concluding that it has lost calibration.

  • 04

The circuit loses pressure and no visible leak appears in radiators or pipes.

Cause: The water is being bled through the discharge pipe of the valve, without leaving any visible trace.

Check the outlet of the discharge pipe for any signs of scale or recent moisture before inspecting other areas of the circuit.

These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
