The boiler does not ignite or start on any attempt.
Cause: The PCB controls the entire ignition process: if it doesn't work, the other components do not receive the command to start.
Before replacing the PCB, check that power is reaching the boiler and that the internal fuse (if visible) is not blown.

There is no response from the thermostat or the boiler's own controls.
Cause: The PCB processes both the outdoor thermostat and the panel controls; if it fails, both stop working.
Try bridging the thermostat terminals directly on the PCB: if it still doesn't start this way, the fault is more likely in the PCB than in the thermostat.

The boiler ignites but turns off after a few seconds, repeatedly.
Cause: If the transformer supplying the PCB provides an irregular current, the electronics may start the cycle and cut it off immediately for safety.
Before replacing the PCB, measure if the transformer output is stable; an unstable current there explains the cut without the rest of the circuit being damaged.

The display flickers or shows a PCB fault without a fixed pattern.
Cause: A fault in the PCB without a fixed pattern usually indicates a cold solder joint or a component that only fails when hot.
