When opening the hot water tap, the boiler does not start the burner to heat it.
Cause: The flow switch does not detect the flow of water and does not send the signal to activate the DHW mode.
Check that the water flow when opening the tap is sufficient; with a very low flow rate, the flow switch may not activate.

It feels like you have to open the tap almost all the way for hot water to come out.
Cause: A pressure switch with a partially obstructed passage requires more flow than usual to activate the contact.
Check if the filter before the pressure switch has scale or dirt buildup before replacing the part.

The hot water comes in and out, cutting off and returning several times while the tap remains open.
Cause: The flow switch intermittently loses and regains the flow signal, causing the boiler to turn the burner on and off following those interruptions.
Check the pressure of the system on the manometer, because low pressure causes the same effect of interruptions.

The heating works normally, but the domestic hot water never starts.
Cause: If the flow switch does not close the contact, the boiler never receives the command to activate the DHW mode.
Make sure that the domestic hot water shut-off valve is fully open before replacing the part.
