Saunier Duval Honeywell Air Pressure Switch C6065FH1052:2 Ref. 95000037

Stock · 4 units

Air pressure switch manufactured by Honeywell (Yamatake), installed in Saunier Duval Isofast, Isomax, Opalia, Thelia, and Thelia Twin boilers. It measures the pressure generated by the fan (0.60 mbar, maximum 6 mbar) to confirm the draft before ignition and cuts the circuit if it is not detected. It is replaced when the boiler locks with the fan running.

Guide

How to check if it is the part for your boiler

What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.

  1. Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
  2. Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
  3. Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
  4. If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Diagnosis and fault codes

Symptoms and faults that the pressure switch resolves

The pressure switch controls the air or water pressure to authorize operation. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:

Common symptoms and faults

  • 01

The fan starts running and keeps spinning, but the boiler does not ignite the burner.

Cause: The pressure switch does not confirm the depression generated by the fan, and the control board does not allow ignition.

Before replacing it, check that the connection tube to the fan is not blocked, cracked, or disconnected.

  • 02

The ignition fault appears intermittently, not always on the same start-up.

Cause: This pressure switch operates in a low pressure range, so small variations due to dirt or contact wear can cause intermittent faults.

Check if the fault occurs after long periods of inactivity with the boiler: it may be due to condensation accumulated in the pipe.

  • 03

The boiler locks up and needs to be reset manually for it to attempt to ignite again.

Cause: If no flue is detected, the safety system interrupts the cycle and requires a reset before attempting again.

Check the condition of the flue pipe: an external obstruction can cause the same blockage without the pressure switch failing.

  • 04

A distinct beep or vibration from the fan is noticeable just before the fault occurs.

Cause: The fan forces the operation trying to reach the pressure that the pressure switch needs to close the contact.

Listen for any unusual or forced sounds from the fan: if so, check the fan first before replacing the pressure switch.

These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
