View all guidesIt is the warning with which the PCB indicates what it has detected: low pressure, ignition failure, overheating, or a non-responsive sensor. The same code can mean different things depending on the brand and generation of the model, which is why it should be consulted in your model's guide.
Once, yes: the reset works if the fault was temporary. If the fault code returns, the boiler is protecting itself; restarting it over and over does not fix it and may worsen the fault.
The circuit pressure (between 1 and 1.5 bar with the boiler cold), that the gas valve is open, that there is power, and that the thermostat is calling for heat. Note the complete code, with letters and zeros, and the exact model of the rating plate.
Not always. Guide towards an area (ignition, circulation, sensors, or PCB), but the faulty part is confirmed by measuring. Buying a spare part solely based on the code may not resolve the fault.
