Vaillant PCB TMS370 - Compatible with Various Models
If your boiler does not start, gets blocked, or shows erratic behavior, you may need the Vaillant TMS370 PCB, reference S1047000. This control board is responsible for managing the ignition, burner modulation, pump, and safety features of the boiler. Users notice fault symptoms such as the inability to ignite the boiler or its irregular operation. It is compatible with several models of Vaillant boilers, among others. It is recommended to replace it when these operational issues are detected.

Consult via WhatsAppHow to check if it is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the PCB (control board) resolves
The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler shows no signs: no indicators or display, as if it has no power.
Cause: The control board manages the power supply to all the electronics, and if it fails, no voltage reaches any component.
Check that the main switch and the differential have not tripped and that 230V is reaching the input of the PCB before replacing it.
- 02
The control or the thermostat calls for heat and the boiler does not respond.
Cause: The PCB is the one that interprets the demand from the thermostat and activates the ignition sequence; if it does not process the signal, the boiler remains on standby.
Check that the thermostat is working with new batteries and that the wiring in the connection terminal block is not loose or corroded.
- 03
It turns on, works for a while, and stops by itself for no apparent reason.
Cause: An intermittent fault in the control electronics can interrupt the sequence even if the other components are functioning properly.
Note at what moment it stops permanently (startup, modulation, after a while) to rule out that it is a specific sensor before replacing the entire PCB.
- 04
The pump or the fan does not start even though the boiler seems to be calling for heat.
Cause: The output relays on the PCB are the ones that activate these components; if a relay fails, the element never receives power.
With a multimeter, check if there is voltage at the connector of the pump or the fan at the moment it should start.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
