Ferroli Divatop F24 Air Pressure Switch Huba Control Ref. 401.93000
Huba Control air pressure sensor (code 401.93000), used in Ferroli Divatop, Divatop Micro, Sun boilers and in Joannes and Lamborghini models. Powered at 12VDC, it delivers an analog signal of 0.5 to 4.5V proportional to the measured pressure, between 0 and +3 mbar, with a maximum allowable of 25 mbar. It is replaced when that reading fails and the boiler locks out due to air pressure.

How to check if ref. I39828420 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference I39828420. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the pressure switch I39828420 resolves.
The pressure switch controls the air or water pressure to authorize operation. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler does not ignite the burner, although the fan is working.
Cause: The sensor does not send the correct signal to the control board, which cuts off the ignition.
Check that the sensor connector is properly tightened and dry before considering it faulty.
- 02
The display shows a fault warning for the air sensor.
Cause: The control board indicates that the pressure sensor reading is not valid.
Check that the silicone tubes carrying pressure to the sensor are in good condition and free of obstructions.
- 03
The extractor works, but the boiler does not proceed to the ignition phase.
Cause: The control board does not allow gas valve operation without a valid pressure reading from the sensor.
Check that the extractor is operating at its normal speed; a slow extractor can give an incorrect pressure reading.
- 04
The boiler sometimes ignites and other times it gets stuck during startup.
Cause: A sensor with unstable readings can send signals that are not consistent.
Make several attempts to ignite and check the electrical connection of the sensor before considering replacing it.
Fault codes for Ferroli that this part resolves.
| Code | Fault | Diagnosis and solution |
|---|---|---|
| F05 | The air pressure switch does not close. | The air pressure switch is not functioning properly and is not closing the contacts. This may be caused by a fault in the pressure switch itself or by obstructions in the air outlet. Check the condition of the pressure switch and ensure that there are no obstructions in the ventilation. |
| F07 | The air pressure switch is activated. | The air pressure switch contacts remain closed when the fan is activated. This may indicate a problem in the ventilation system. Make sure the fan is working properly and check the condition of the pressure switch. |
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
