  The pump does not start even though the boiler requests heating.

  Cause: The motor may be blocked after a period of inactivity or it is not receiving power.

  Check if there is power at the pump connector and try to unlock the shaft with a screwdriver if it has a bleed screw.

• 02

  Noise or vibration in the circulator while operating.

  Cause: There may be air trapped in the circuit or wear on the impeller.

  Bleed the air through the screw on the head before assuming that the pump is worn out.

• 03

  The burner ignites but the boiler does not heat, as if the heat is not coming out.

  Cause: If there is no circulation, the hot water remains in the heat exchanger and does not distribute heat throughout the system.

  Check that the shut-off valves of the heating circuit are open before blaming the pump.

• 04

  Water leak from the body or shaft of the pump.

  Cause: The internal seal loses tightness over time and with use.

  Dry the area well and check again after a while of operation: sometimes it is condensation and not a real leak.
