Motorized Head 3-Way Valve Beretta - Ref. 10025304
The 3-way valve switches the water between the heating circuit and the domestic hot water circuit in your boiler. The Motorized Head 3-Way Valve Beretta - Ref. 10025304 is responsible for this process. If it fails, you will notice that you have hot water but no heating, or vice versa, and there may even be a mixing of both circuits. This component is compatible with boilers from the Kompakt and Mynute ranges, including models such as Kompakt 24 CSI and Mynute 24 CAI, among others. It should be replaced when you experience these water distribution issues.

How to check if ref. R10025304 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference R10025304. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the R10025304 three-way valve resolves.
The 3-way valve diverts water between heating and domestic hot water. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler does not switch from heating to domestic hot water; it remains fixed in one of the two modes.
Cause: The motorized head does not rotate the valve shaft to the limit and stops halfway.
Remove the head and check if the valve shaft turns freely by hand; if it is difficult to move, check the valve first and not just the head.
- 02
A constant buzzing is heard in the area of the gas valve, even with the boiler turned off.
Cause: The head motor may be forcing the rotation against a stop without being able to move it.
Check if the buzzing stops when unplugging the boiler; if it continues with the boiler off, it is not the motorized head.
- 03
You notice that the heating gets a little warm even when you only request hot water, or there is dripping near the gas valve.
Cause: If the head does not move the mechanism all the way to the end of the stroke, the valve remains partially open and does not properly close a circuit.
Check if the fault occurs right when switching modes or if it is constant; if it is constant, it may be a gasket of the gas valve and not of the head.
- 04
The motorized head does not start when requesting hot water, it doesn't even make a sound.
Cause: The internal winding may be burned and not generate torque.
With the boiler unplugged, check with a multimeter if the head has electrical continuity before replacing it.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
