  Cause: The motor does not move the valve stem, so the water always circulates through the same circuit.

  With the boiler running, check if the motor body rotates or vibrates when requesting hot water; if it does not move, the fault is in the motor.

  A continuous buzzing or a dry clicking sound is heard in the area of the gas valve when it should switch modes.

  Cause: The motor tries to turn, but the internal gear is worn or jammed and does not complete the movement.

  Listen to see if the noise stops on its own or persists for more than 10-15 seconds; a buzzing sound that doesn't go away indicates a problem with the motor, not just accumulated scale.

  The boiler displays a warning or code related to the three-way valve on the screen.

  Cause: The control unit detects that the motor does not reach the expected position within the scheduled time and indicates it as a fault.

  Turn off and turn on the boiler and check if the fault code reappears when requesting domestic hot water or heating; if it comes back immediately, it is not a one-time fault.

  The water comes out lukewarm, neither cold nor really hot, in heating and at the tap at the same time.

  Cause: The motor has stopped halfway, and the valve allows mixed water to pass through both circuits.

  Check if the body of the gas valve is hot on both sides at the same time; if so, it indicates that the stem has not reached the stop.
