Cause: The flow switch does not detect the flow of water and does not send the ignition signal to the control board.
Check the cold water inlet filter; if it is blocked by limescale, it reduces the flow rate and may prevent the pressure switch from activating.

The hot water takes several seconds to come out or fluctuates in temperature.
Cause: The micro switch of the flow switch makes intermittent contact due to wear or dirt in the turbine.
Open the tap to maximum flow for a moment; if the problem improves with more flow, suspect the flow switch before replacing the PCB.

The boiler ignites the burner even when no domestic hot water tap is open.
Cause: The flow switch contact gets stuck and sends a constant flow signal to the control board.
Close all the taps in the house and check if the burner turns off; if it remains on, the fault is in the flow switch or its wiring.

The boiler attempts to ignite the burner and immediately shuts off when the domestic hot water tap is opened.
Cause: The pressure switch closes the contact for a moment but loses it due to vibration or dirt, and the control board shuts off the burner for safety.
Check if the fault coincides with times of low network pressure; very low pressure also prevents the flue gas turbine from operating properly.
