Wiesberg Gas Valve RSSE 24 - Code 63AP7060/2
When you turn on the hot water tap or start the heating, the gas valve Wiesberg RSSE 24 - 63AP7060/2 regulates and allows the flow of gas to the burner, following the commands of the control board. If this valve fails, you will notice that the boiler does not ignite, experiences flame lockouts, or the gas modulation is ineffective. How to check if ref. 95000293 is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference 95000293. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the gas valve 95000293 resolves.
The gas valve regulates and modulates the gas flow to the burner. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler tries to ignite, you hear a click in the gas valve but no flame appears.
Cause: One of the solenoid valves (EV1 or L1/2) does not open the gas flow to the burner even though it receives the ignition command.
Before changing the gas valve, check with a multimeter that current is reaching the coils EV1 and L1/2 at the moment of ignition.
- 02
The flame rises and falls on its own, or it sounds like it's coughing when modulating.
Cause: The modulator of the gas valve does not properly adjust the opening and allows gas to pass through irregularly.
Measure the gas inlet pressure with a manometer before assuming the fault is in the modulator.
- 03
The boiler locks out and the display shows a flame or gas fault shortly after starting.
Cause: The control unit detects that the burner has not ignited in time because the gas valve has not opened, and it cuts off the supply for safety reasons.
Check that the ignition electrode and the valve wiring are properly connected before replacing it.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
