How to check if it is the part for your boiler
What determines it is not the boiler model, but the reference printed on the part you already have installed.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference —. If it is not visible, do not identify the part by its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms and faults that the burner resolves
The burner performs the combustion of gas. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler ignites, but the flame is irregular, with yellow spots or it crackles.
Cause: The burner grid is blocked by soot or corrosion, which prevents the gas from being distributed evenly.
Remove the burner and check the grid against the light: if you see dark areas or blocked holes, that is the problem before replacing the part.
- 02
The boiler does not ignite or makes several attempts before starting.
Cause: The damaged burner does not allow gas to pass correctly to the openings, which causes the flame to be unstable.
Visually check if the burner has any deformations, corrosion, or loose parts before replacing it.
- 03
The boiler locks out shortly after ignition, with a flame failure warning.
Cause: An irregular combustion due to a damaged burner causes the flame detector to not receive a stable signal, and the control unit shuts down for safety.
Check that the burner is properly aligned with the ignition and detection electrode before ordering a new one.
- 04
There is an unburned gas smell or soot is coming out of the flue.
Cause: Incomplete combustion due to a faulty burner leaves residues and unreacted gas.
Check the condition of the grille and clean any dust or accumulated dirt before assuming it needs to be replaced.
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
