PCB Boiler Fagor FEB23E
The PCB for Fagor boiler FEB23E is the component that controls the ignition, burner modulation, pump, and safety features of the boiler. When it fails, the boiler does not start, locks out, or exhibits erratic behavior, potentially displaying fault codes F5 or F10. This board is compatible with models such as FE-24E/1 N, CA24E B, FA23E N, and FE27E/1 B, among others. A technician must confirm through diagnosis whether replacement is necessary when these symptoms are detected or the mentioned fault codes are displayed.

How to check if ref. N03G009M8 is the part for your boiler
The part reference, model, and equipment revision must be verified against the manufacturer's documentation.
- Find the reference printed on the installed part and check whether it matches the catalogue reference N03G009M8. If it is not visible, do not identify the part from its shape alone.
- Check the full boiler model on its data plate and look for it in the model associations on this page.
- Compare the connections and physical body with the original part before installation.
- If anything is unclear, send us a photo of the marking via WhatsApp before placing your order.
Symptoms that require diagnosis on the PCB N03G009M8
The PCB controls the ignition, modulation, and safety features of the boiler. These are the typical symptoms and what to do:
Common symptoms and faults
- 01
The boiler is completely dead: there are no lights, no display, it does not respond to anything.
Cause: If the transformer on the PCB does not deliver current on the secondary side, the rest of the control circuit remains without power and nothing starts.
With a multimeter, check for current in the secondary of the transformer before replacing the entire PCB.
- 02
The boiler has power but does not respond when turned on.
Cause: The primary fuse of the transformer may be blown, cutting off the power supply even if current is coming from the grid.
Visually check the primary fuse of the transformer; if it is blown, it is a clear indication before replacing the entire PCB.
- 03
The display flashes or lights up intermittently.
Cause: An unstable supply in the secondary of the transformer causes the control electronics to reset by itself.
Check that the connections from the transformer to the PCB are secure and free of oxidation before replacing it.
- 04
The boiler stops responding after a while of use, as if it loses power.
Cause: A transformer that overheats and loses efficiency gradually cuts the working current of the PCB.
Leave the boiler running for a while and check if the secondary current drops with use before declaring the PCB faulty.
Fagor fault codes that require diagnosis
| Code | Fault | Technical checks |
|---|---|---|
| F5 | Control board fault: internal fault in the electronic circuit causing the boiler to lockout. | It is the code that the FE-24E range displays when the PCB fails internally. Check after ruling out correct power supply and connections: if the F5 persists with correct wiring and sensors, the PCB (N03G009M8) is the cause and should be replaced. |
| F10 | Fault in the control or closure of the gas valve; cannot be unlocked. | Sources document that the origin may be the control circuit (the PCB) OR the gas valve itself. Verify by measuring the signal/power supply that the PCB sends to the valve: if the PCB does not correctly control the valve (signal absent or incorrect with a healthy valve), the PCB N03G009M8 is the cause. Shared cause, not exclusive to the PCB. |
These symptoms can have more than one cause. If your boiler displays a fault code, send it to us via WhatsApp along with a photo of the labeling, and we'll tell you if this is the part.
