  You turn on the hot water tap and it doesn't get hot, although the heating works without any issues.

  Cause: The flow meter does not detect the flow of water and the PCB does not send the signal to turn on the burner in DHW mode.

  Open the tap to maximum flow for a few seconds: if it heats up this way, the problem may be insufficient flow and not the part.

  The burner does not start when you request domestic hot water, although it does ignite for heating.

  Cause: Without the flow signal, the control board understands that there is no real demand for domestic hot water and does not start the cycle.

  Check the cold water inlet filter before the flow meter: if it is clogged with limescale, it reduces the flow and gives the same symptom.

  The hot water comes out intermittently, it cuts off and comes back without you having touched the tap.

  Cause: The sensor turbine intermittently gets stuck due to scale or debris, causing the flow signal to fluctuate.

  With the boiler accessible, check if the turbine shaft rotates freely when water passes through; if it gets stuck, clean it before replacing the part.

  The display shows a warning related to the flow rate or the flow sensor.

  Cause: The electronics compare the expected signal with the one received from the sensor and, if they do not match, it triggers that specific fault code.

  Note the exact code and check the manual: some "lack of flow" warnings can also occur due to air in the circuit, not just because of the sensor.
